Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of alameengroup.ae (the “Site”), which is operated by Al Ameen Group of Companies (“Al Ameen Group”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site shows a short notice on your first visit that summarises these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the Site after that notice, whether you press Accept or let it close by itself, is your acceptance of the Terms in force at that time.

The Site provides general information about Al Ameen Group and the companies that belong to it. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract. The services described on it — transport, chauffeured cars, vehicle rental, tyres and servicing, vehicle washing — are provided by the individual company named in each case, under that company's own terms, licences and contracts, and any booking, quotation or agreement is made with that company and not through the Site.

Every fact on the Site — a figure, a licence, a date, a photograph — is attributed to the company it belongs to. Information about a member company is that company's; it is not a statement by, or a guarantee from, Al Ameen Group or any other company of the group.

We take care to keep the Site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out to us. We do not, however, promise that the Site is complete, error-free or up to date at every moment, and you should confirm any detail that matters to you directly with the company concerned before relying on it.

The Site and everything on it — its text, design, photographs, video, logos and marks — is owned by Al Ameen Group or by the member company to which it is attributed, or is used with the permission of its owner, and is protected by the copyright and trademark laws of the United Arab Emirates and by international treaties.

You may view the Site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, frame or create derivative works from any part of it, use any photograph or logo from it, or use the Site's content to train or feed any automated system, without our prior written permission.

Names and logos of other organisations that appear on the Site remain the property of those organisations, are shown only to identify them, and imply no endorsement by them of Al Ameen Group or of anything on the Site.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not damage it, overload it, interfere with anyone else's use of it, or misrepresent your relationship with Al Ameen Group. In particular you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its hosting, introduce malicious code, or scrape or systematically extract its content by automated means beyond what a search engine does to index it.

On a phone or tablet, the photograph frames on the About page respond to the tilt of your device, to your scrolling and to your finger passing over them. Where your browser requires permission to share the orientation sensor, it asks you once, at your first touch of the Site, and your answer is yours to give or refuse; refusing changes nothing else about the Site. Sensor readings are used only on your device to move the frames and are never sent to us; the Privacy Policy explains this in full.

The Site links to services we do not control — maps, social networks, messaging services and the websites of member companies and others. We provide those links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any linked service, and a link does not mean that we endorse it.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, about the Site and its content, and we accept no liability for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked service, or from reliance on anything the Site contains.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in them affects the terms of any contract you hold with a member company for its services, which govern that company's obligations to you.

Our Privacy Policy describes the very limited information the Site processes and your rights in relation to it. It is part of these Terms.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the effective date at the top is the date of the current version, and a material change is signalled by the first-visit notice appearing again. Your continued use of the Site after a change is your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim elsewhere.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Al Ameen Group about your use of the Site.
